You have the right to expect skilled, code-compliant work performed by experienced professionals who take pride in their craft. We stand behind our work with a 90-day workmanship warranty.

Respect for Your Home or Business

You have the right to have your property treated as if it were our own. This includes maintaining a clean and safe work environment, minimizing disruption, and protecting surrounding areas from damage.

Timely Project Updates

You have the right to know the status of your project at every stage. Our team will provide regular updates, including photographs or videos when appropriate, so you can see progress without needing to be onsite.

Privacy & Media Protection

You have the right to control how images of your property are used. While we may take photographs or videos of our work for quality records and promotional purposes, we will never display faces or full addresses. You may opt out of media use by contacting our office at any time.

Fair Resolution of Concerns

You have the right to have any concerns or issues addressed promptly and professionally. Our warranty, refund, and cancellation policies ensure that you have a fair and transparent process for resolving disputes.

Safety First

You have the right to expect that we follow all required safety regulations and best practices to protect you, your property, and our workers.
