Tech Pro Construction, LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit is required to secure your project start date and to cover scheduling, administrative work, and procurement of materials.

  • Once a deposit is paid, it will be applied toward the final balance of your project.

2. Estimates

  • Estimates are free of charge and may be canceled or rescheduled at any time without penalty.

  • If a customer repeatedly misses scheduled estimates or cancels with short notice, we reserve the right to decline future estimate requests or services.

3. Cancellations (Booked Projects)

  • If you need to cancel a booked project, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of work may be subject to a cancellation fee in addition to forfeiting the deposit.

  • If work has begun, payments made will be applied toward labor and materials already provided, and additional charges may apply for any remaining balance due.

4. No-Shows (Booked Projects)

  • If our crew arrives for a scheduled project and is unable to begin work due to the customer’s absence, site inaccessibility, or other preventable issues, a no-show fee may be charged.

  • This fee is in addition to forfeiting the deposit and may include costs for labor time, travel, and any materials already prepared for the job.

5. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your project start date at no cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

  • Any costs for special-order materials or subcontractor rescheduling may be added to your project total.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for deposits, partially completed work, or completed services.

  • If you cancel after paying in full but before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance, minus the deposit and any costs incurred for special-order materials or administrative expenses.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

7. Special-Order Materials

  • If materials have been purchased specifically for your project prior to cancellation, the cost of these materials (including restocking fees, if applicable) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Special-order or custom materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Future Service Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who repeatedly cancel scheduled work or estimates without adequate notice, who fail to meet payment obligations, or who have a history of non-cooperation during projects.

9. Policy Updates

  • We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
