  • Our Site allows customers to request and schedule estimates online.

  • Estimates are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service in certain circumstances.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

3. Customer Accounts

  • Certain features (such as invoice access and payments) require account creation.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Invoicing

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party providers.

  • Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Media & Project Documentation

  • As part of our work, we may take photographs and/or videos for documentation and promotional purposes.

  • We will not display identifiable customer faces, complete addresses, or license plates in promotional materials.

  • Customers may opt out of promotional use by emailing support@techproconstruction.com prior to work starting.

  • All media created by Tech Pro Construction remains our property.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Workmanship is covered under our 90-day limited warranty as described in your service contract.

  • This warranty covers only the specific services provided by us.

  • No warranty is given for pre-existing conditions, unrelated work, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, third parties, or external forces.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned or licensed by Tech Pro Construction.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

  • We may link to third-party websites or use third-party service providers for payment, scheduling, or hosting.

  • We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties.
